Registration

*Please upload a certificate from your clinic or practice during registration. In order to process this fee, the certificate must be valid for the duration of the conference.
** The certificate must be uploaded during online registration and must be valid for the duration of the conference.
*** It is not possible to book two one-day passes; such a booking will automatically be converted to a full conference pass.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to INTERPLAN AG.
Cancellations are free of charge until September 28, 2026. For cancellations made between September 29, 2026, and October 24, 2026, a fee of €50 will be charged; as of October 25, 2026, the full registration fee will be due.
After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, a replacement may be designated to take over the entire package booked by the participant.

A name change must be requested in writing to: caek@interplan.de

Our company processes all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-Neu).

In order to register for the above-mentioned conference, it is necessary to collect, store, and process your personal data (name, IP address, data required for certification) and your usage behavior. This is done exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the event. We collect your data on behalf of DGAV GmbH, Haus der Bundespressekonferenz, Schiffbauerdamm 40, 10117 Berlin.

Your data will only be shared with third parties directly involved in the congress proceedings and when required by the organizational process (organizer, hotel). Registration for the congress is not possible without the collection and processing of the required data.
